Financial information (i.e. credit card and/or bank routing information) is required in the following circumstances:

• A WeoGeo Market User orders a Listing that is not free (credit card information required)
• A WeoGeo Library is Setup

Please see WeoGeo’s Privacy Policy for legally binding information on “how we collect, use, and treat personal information that you may provide through our website or while participating in the services we offer at the Website”. Briefly restated, WeoGeo takes the following precautions to protect the privacy and security of your financial information:

• All financial transactions are conducted through the encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
• Financial Information is not stored with your user account information, nor is it stored on WeoGeo’s Servers. The information is stored in a Trust Account with a Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) certified, eCommerce solution provider following PCI Security Standards.
• Only you can modify your Financial Information stored in the Trust Account. WeoGeo does not have access to the Financial Information in your Trust Account.
• Only the last 4 digits of your credit card is shown on our website in clear text when you are logged in.
• Your Financial Information is never emailed to you or transmitted to other parties.
