So as a Library Administrator, you have signed up for a WeoGeo Library and invited a user. This walk through will show what the invited user sees.
Note: Through the Administrator's Setting Page, the Library Admin has the option to turn on public registration (by default this is off). If public registration has been turned on, users will see a registration link when they visit the Library. And they can register as shown below. However to access the Library, they will need their registration approved by the admin.
First, the user we invited receives an email invite to our Library.

If the user does not want to join, they do nothing. However, lets assume this user does want to be a part of the Library. So he clicks the invitation link. And is taken to the registration page previewed below.
If the user is already a user of WeoGeo Market or another Library, he will not have to go through this registration process and will get an email welcoming him to the new Library, which he can access right away.

Notice his email address is already filled in and uneditable. Once he fills in the rest of the info and clicks the "Submit" button, he is shown a confirmation message welcoming him to the Library.

He now has access to this Library and the WeoGeo Market and receives an email confirmation for his records.

He can now explore the Library. As the Library Admin, we need to make sure he has access to only the files we want him to see. Also, he may want to find out how to find and order data.
