Have you customized your WeoGeo Library yet? It is easy. All of the customization features are available in the Library Information tab available in Admin-side of the interface. Log in to the Admin side for access to your Library Information tab (see Figure 1 - bottom right).

Figure 2 shows the description section. Here you can alter the name of the Library. This is the name of the website.

Also, you can upload your company's logo. The logo will appear on your Library next to the WeoGeo logo.

Registration

By default, public user registration is disable for Libraries. Admins will need to invite users to their Library. By turning this on, users will be able to register for a Library on their own. However, they will need Admin approval prior to getting access to the Library.

Access Controls

WeoGeo has fairly sophisticated access controls. However, novice Library Admins may find them confusing at first. So by default, they are disabled. All users to a Library will be able to access all datasets. When ready, the admin should read the tutorial on access controls and enable them.

GeoIP

By default, WeoGeo utilizes GeoIP. GeoIP looks at the IP address of the user and centers the user's entry location to the Library to coincide with where that user is from. Usually, this is useful. Most users are interested in locations near them. However, for specific location focused libraries this can be an inconvenience. With these controls, the Admin can set the start location and geographic extent that all users to the Library will experience.

Need to change your account level? Credit card expired? You can edit them here.

Note: Admins viewing this page on a WeoGeo Library Appliance will only see the usage statistics section.

Canceling

We do not want to lose any users. However, we do not want to make canceling difficult. Be careful, once you cancel an account we will delete all your data from our system. There is no recovery.
